There are two types of contributors we put effort into supporting:
Those that are already recognized as being top-of-field. We pride ourselves on having access to incredible and giving humans. These are our our partners, collaborators and honorary Guardians. Each contributes at a high level at our events and gatherings. Because they are considered to be top-of-field, it’s unlikely they spend much time online. Which is why we have our second tier:
Those that are up and coming contributors. These are the contributors that prove a high level of competence and contribute consistently to the Guardian Academy. We hope to be able to identify these contributors and invest in their growth.

Dr Jeff Spencer: The Cornerman
Dr. Jeff Spencer’s childhood dream was to become an Olympian. He won his first Olympic medal when he was 21. Since, he been a world renowned-glass artists, chiropractor of the year and performance and mindset coach to some of the greatest performers and teams of all time, including:

The Grandmaster: Mike Leone
Mike has been teaching the Eastern arts full-time for over 23 years and has trained over 1000 black belts and instructors. The Phrase "Live to Learn, Give To Earn" was taught to the TGA founder by Grand Master Mike in a session on "The Master Key To Wisdom"
Mike is a highly sought-after Grandmaster and shares his wisdom with Guardians of the Guardian Academy at events and the monthly “Master Key Of Wisdom” Calls. This link will take you to Nic’s notes on the calls, at the bottom of each chapter is the original recording from Grandmaster Mike.
The Connector: Joe Polish
Joe Polish is an Honorary Guardian [see his honorary Guardian bio here] of the Guardian Academy. Over the past few decades, Joe has built the most valuable entrepreneur network on the planet. He is one of the most connected men in the world and also one of the most generous.

Joe has a brilliant mind, and a rare talent for connecting with people, and spends much of his free time optimizing his health and helping change the conversation about addiction with Artists for Addicts and Genius Recovery.
The Guardian for Good Economy program asks Guardians to donate 1% of all business they do inside the Guardian Academy to Joe’s foundation, Genius Recovery. While we won’t enforce it, we love to see Guardians donate - there are many ways to live to learn and many ways to give to earn.
The Breath work Guy: Master Jason Campbell
Master Instructor Jason Campbell is currently a 7th-degree black belt registered with the United Martial Arts Association of America and recognized by The National Qigong Association, Yoga Alliance, and The International Doh Yi. He has trained with many masters and grandmasters of many different disciplines. He has been teaching full-time for over 20 years and currently owns and licenses Kung Fu, Zen Yoga, and Zen Wellness Centers.
Jason is a Guardian of the Guardian Academy and, along with Grandt Master Mike Leone, leads the movement, breathing, and even sword-work the day after our events.
The REAL AI Expert: Howard Getson
Howard Getson has been building AI for over a decade. He is the founder and CEO of Capitalogix, an AI trading systems company that builds automated trading systems and portfolio construction tools for hedge funds. See part 2 of Howards talk about AI and Platform at a Guardian Private event:

The Ambassador of Hope: Andre Norman. From prison to Harvard.
ANDRE’S STORY
Known to many as “The Ambassador Of Hope,” Andre’s experience and expertise is what empowers him to help people turn their situation around. Andre travels around the world to serve as a mentor and listening ear for so many in need.
He has made an impact working in the countries of Bahamas, Guatemala, Honduras, Liberia, Sweden, and Trinidad. Inclusion has been at the core of his solution-based efforts.
FROM PRISONER TO PROFESSOR
From illiteracy to gang activity, Andre’s childhood prepared him for nothing less than a life of crime and violence. This behavior eventually led Andre to be sentenced to over 100 years in prison.
As a natural-born leader, he quickly rose to the top of the prison gang system where he managed gang activities from within the confines of a maximum security prison. During his two year stay in solitary confinement, Andre had an “epiphany” and he made the decision to turn his life around.
HE HAD A SIMPLE DREAM TO ATTEND HARVARD UNIVERSITY AND BECOME SUCCESSFUL.
Over the next eight years, Andre worked twenty hours per day towards making this dream a reality. First, he taught himself how to read, then to understand the law and without hesitation, participated in anger management groups. After winning his appeal and having been armed with a GED and a dream, Andre walked out of prison in 1999, after serving fourteen years.
