I think this is why I like TGA. On line, young lifters (or whatever they wish to be called) used to get on forums and attack me for saying "it depends" about everything. But...it does. Every exercises or lift, every nutritional approach and even recovery tools (with the exception of sleep) need that "N=1" testing. What works at age 66 isn't what I needed at 16. A runner might find relief from running barefoot or buying cushioned shoes. "It depends." This is outstanding and it makes my day!

Currently being 66 myself I wish I could do what I could @ 46 let alone 16
