It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Nicsmas [Bonus]
Ridiculous name for a ridiculous day

Each year I celebrate my birthday by giving away as much as I can. It started with a 12 Days of Christmas campaign I had written in 2019. Naturally, I forgot to start the campaign and by the time I realized it, there were only 9 days until Christmas. There were, however, 12 days until my birthday.
So, I scrapped the 12 Days of Christmas Campaign designed to sell a new product and created the 12 Days of Nicsmas - and gave it away instead.
Nicsmas has been a tradition ever since.
2019 was giving away the R3 (Retention, Referrals and Raving Fans) product
2020 was an introduction to higher level decision making principles
2021 was the introduction to DALA and 2022 was the introduction to the Adaptive Dilemma, both of which have made their way into TGA curriculum as core concepts and principles.
This year, due to scheduling constraints, there is only one day of Nicsmas.

Nicsmas 2023
Guardians and Letter Subscribers will be getting an invite to come hang out at the office tomorrow. They’ll also get access to all previous Nicsmas recordings, transcripts and improvements. The only thing I will ask of them in return is:
